Creating new high-potential companies

Abstract
This article describes the process by which high potential companies are spun off government contractors to commercialize the results of military R&D. The process is used successfully by the author's firm to assist in the economic development of central Florida, a region traditionally dependent upon relatively low-paying tourism and related employment.
